Adjust for Shape 6.16.25

When the opponents open notrump and we want to overcall, we need to have a long suit (6 or more cards) or two suits (five or more cards in each). On this hand, when our partner shows us five or more cards in both majors, should we just take a preference? Or should be bid more, adjusting for the shape of our two hands?
